The plans for the new development permit have been uploaded. Turns out this will be Truman's new corporate headquarters, if the title on the drawings is anything to go by. No flashy renderings, but the elevations and site plan. 7 floors, with the top floor being office. Ground floor retail, and perhaps floor 2 as well (can't tell, might be mezzannine spaces).Floors 3-6 are residential for 80 units. Height of 26 meters.

When I first saw the plans for West District I admit I wondered if it was going to be another nice looking rendering that never came to fruition.

The central water feature has been in that state for a while now (over a year I think?). However, I have heard that they intend to build it this year, so I will be watching as we get further into spring to see if more work occurs. Excited to see it get built and how it will turn out.

Construction fencing has gone up around the Parkside site, and the building per.it has been approved, so I expect construction to start soon.
