The curve along the Riff is showing up nicely.

I'm a little out of touch on this one...are they going to be building that little triangular section across the Riff from Verve now as well? Any idea what that portion will end up being?

That will be another condo called Vibe. I think they will start sales for it shortly.

That's right. If I'm not mistaken Vibe will be 9 floors. I was hoping for the original 6 floor office building so as to add some extra vibrancy during the day, but Vibe will suffice. I'm also glad Vibe isn't very tall, EV could use a few more low rise buildings.

Thanks, that's good to know. I'm in agreement with @BKha, a few low-rise buildings in EV would be good. What I would really like to see is a couple of blocks in EV that are divided up into 4 or 5 small individual developments for each block.
