I assume you mean Vibe, the midrise on the southwest corner of this lot? It is at grade now but since they haven't started advertising those units yet I suspect it'll sit for at least a year before they get going on it.

Vibe isn't fully built to grade.

I haven't been in Calgary since 2013, but from the pics it doesn't look like the foundation was excavated for Vibe, so even if it started next year, it would be ~3 years to completion.
