Hi,
On These Apt Rentals etc, is there a Time Lease as Such? Say what 2 Years or Open Lease as Long as the Client Wants Lease the Units etc. Just Interested to Know Hoe it all works. These Towers are not Blt on the Cheap by any Means,

Hope this gets going ASAP. Wonder if they will have to rip out any concrete as it has had the rebar all exposed to the elements for the better part of a decade!

Where is IBI Group Located Now? Years Ago it used to B in Kensington. Not sure where they are now.

They are in the Meredith block in Bridgeland, but only until next February when they move again due to Benevity taking over that entire building.
