That is indeed the case. The podium was to be office, but they submitted a new DP and added more units, changed the tower to fully residential, and changed the podium to parking.

Looks like this one is going ahead. Building permit application is in and will start construction when approved. They will be doing work on the parkade while the permit application goes through its process.

Have to Say that New Design of Sorts is something i can Go With - Provided It gets Blt. Hope some of that Lower Levels gets Use for Small Boutique Offices of Sorts Should add to the Make Up of the Areas, Not Sure what the Origional Height of the Tower was, It Must have been Interesting 10 Yrs ago.

Design is simple, but if they use good materials it could be a winner. I like the podium. Looks like a modern version of an old school warehouse.
