NORR designed both the original Kai towers and the Metropolitan. Kai would have been better, though I was always concerned what the roof feature thing would actually look like in person.

"First South" - A Shopping Mall Proposed on The Wexford Site in The Beltline (Included a Cineplex IMAX Theatre) - 2013

Marriott Club Sport - Proposed just beside the Guardian. Came very very close to starting construction in 2013.

Museum of Contemporary Art - Proposed as a reclad of the former CBE building.

Edgewater - Proposed in Mission

Here are some other renders I found that I have no idea about. Maybe someone else has knowledge about these.

Alright, I saved the best for last. This was mentioned earlier in this thread, but we almost got a 4-tower Hariri Pontarini proposal across from West Village Towers. They're a pretty renowned architect from Toronto, and It's a shame this isn't getting built. They did the Marriott Ice District tower in Edmonton, and you can definitely see the similarities. I dug up some of the other concept renders and damn, it would've been so good. There's still a little bit of hope, however, if One Properties ever decides to move on that site in the future.

The tallest tower looks to be about 60 storeys? So this would've probably been 200 meters tall.

Even if One Properties isn't going with the Pontarini design, they might still keep the height

I wish Arris would have kept that design for the podium instead of the multi coloured mess that they ended up building. Classic brick and glass would have looked excellent.

Of all those proposals the one I wish that had gone ahead the most was the Marriott Club Sport. Would have been amazing to have that in that location.
