One of the most exciting components of this project is the new park space to be relocated to the western corner.

Hopefully the design is urban leaning, taking advantage of cafe beano and the lively cafe culture of central beltline

Well that's disappointing. Half of it will be spandrel. Mucks up the clean and transparent look illustrated in the renderings.

Yep, the only thing renderings can be relied on is for generalities like scale, massing, layout etc. Everything aesthetic, from color to materials to glass transparency, is a crapshoot.

A rendering is a marketing tool and nothing else. It's the equivalent of the perfectly styled burger in a fast food commercial.
