I stopped in a few times at Urban Fare when my wife worked nearby, and I liked it for the most part. I thought they had had some good stuff, and their hot meals from the deli section were good, at least the 3 or 4 times I had them. A cheap quick grocer is always very handy I'll admit, as most of the groceries I buy are the standard grocery items, and price becomes a consideration. I really like the Save On Foods at University District, it's a good sized store that has pretty much everything you need at regular prices.
