No, what you're looking at in the renders is exactly what is being installed, which is limestone tile cladding.




The original renders were completely horrendous, I don't know what you're talking about...

I meant these renderings, originally posted on the main page of this building, its more sleek looking, very LAish vibe to it.

Great addition to the area, excited for it to be finished!

It's going to have a big impact on the area for sure. Excited to see how that part of the Beltline will feel once those stores open.

I still can't get around to where you guys are. I don't like the orange brown colour framing the store fronts. It doesn't work with the cream stone. My overall impression is a generic and bland streetfront. The tower is growing on me. The design is still asking for more balconies.

I like the way The Royal looks when coming down 14th street. It downtown a different look, one with more depth.
