Obviously a BS placeholder date but hopefully that means that when this comes back around it will have gone through a redesign of the podium and the appraoch to the river.

Plenty of time for a proper redesign if they are aiming for 2030 at earliest

I am guessing they mean 2030 completion and like West Village it will probably be done in phases. Upon approval, a likely start would be late 2023 or early 2024

The DP is approved already, don't think there is a BP application yet though.

I hope so, however they need to use other materials for the podium - we can’t have another west village podium as the gateway to the city and Rivers District.

I really hope this one won't happen, we have enough beige NORR and spandrel Cidex jobs around. Are there any permits in place for this?

I thought this proposal was scrapped. Didn't know it might move forward.

Oh okay. I hadn’t heard that it is scrapped. I like the proposal sans podium. For some reason Norr can’t design a good podium lol

I hear that the 3rd Exacto is close to approval. Being that the first 2 towers are already there, I'd think adding #3 would be a way for them to help fill those CRU's by having a "critical mass" of residents. So I'd agree with you...Exacto #3 is almost certainly Cidex's next big project.
I don't think Elbow River Hat is scrapped, but since it's their biggest ever project I would imagine it's a lot more work to get it construction-ready.

Exacto knife 3 will happen, easiest project for Cidex to fire up. I that goes well, this might happen

DP approved in Aug. 2022 - not sure if a BP was ever applied for - MichaelS, do you know ?

The DP was approved long before August 22, it was back in July 2018 I think when planning commission approved it. According to the City's "My Property" map, no building permit applied for yet on this one:
