They can't even get WVT 3 off the ground. Cidex is the Wright brothers to Truman's Airbus.

I'm guessing (pure speculation on my part) that this project, at least in its current form, is dead. The original DP is something like 8 years old, and Cidex seems to have repositioned itself to do residential conversions and smaller projects. I'd wager we see a redesign at some point to something much less ambitious. Could be wrong, but at a minimum I would imagine they'd want to at least change some aspects of the designs, floorplans, etc.

I have a feeling you’re right about it being dead. If stampede station goes ahead, we don’t need any other high rises in that area. Some nice low rises along the river would be nice for this location.
