This building is not in the West Village, though. It's near where Macleod crosses over the Elbow river.

Would look awesome in the skyline coming west on Memorial from 28th Street NE.

In my opinion, the Hat 14th could be the last tower from Cidex for the next while. We'll find out soon enough.
