From a building next to the Royal

I was on the 5th floor of the building just to the right once, and the views were awesome. I'd imagine even better for Ventus. The rendering shows that top portion being a patio, which would would be fantastic.

The views are pretty fantastic, I worked on this project, so I got to do a site tour a few weeks back, turning out pretty well. This building will have fully furnished suites for rental, so one of the site guys figures it will be full of escorts haha!

Still no sign of the orange trim or any of the white trim on the North side , but they are putting some of the top floor trim up.

For some reason this one has been moving slowly of late. Not much change since the last time I went by.

They are installing all the lights and scuppers and all that on the exterior, so those things will take a while. Once that is done the wrap can come off the metal cladding and the last few pieces can go on. They are targeting late June occupancy I think, seems optimistic, but that's how Truman rolls.

Any floor plans, or is the building fully sold? A quick google brings up nothing.

Geez, June isn't that far off. I suppose they will start occupying some of the lower floors and work their way up top?

This building is rental, no sales. They are getting pretty close to being done, should really start to come together in the next month...

I'm liking the charcoal brick on the podium. Overall Ventus has turned out pretty good.

Any fears I had about this one have pretty much been assuaged. It's looking better than I had hoped and it's a good scale for the area. Truman, you've impressed me.

Orange is on. LED over the storefront is cool too. Overall, this turned out great considering that its from an average developer.
