Aluminum panels it is folks.

I'm glad it's aluminum and not EIFS. So the charcoal-gray tone is actually quite a dark charcoal, or light black.

Darker than in the rendering, but that's fine. Now I'm anxious to see what the white looks like, and with the accent of orange, it could end up looking like the Orange lofts in EV.
