Hi Group,
These Redevelopements along Parts of 17 Ave Say a Lot Really. Somehow I don't see a lot of these Older Bldgs lasting much longer as the Preasure to Take Them Out and build NEW gets to a Point that Older is NO Longer Viable unless what is Older is Incorperated into New Projects. Could B Wrong but Just my feelings on How I Look at 17th Ave.

A few of George on 17th. I don’t know if you can see in the pictures but The rooms have already been furnished you can see in some of the rooms they are wallpapered with children’s wallpaper.

Much props to Truman for aggressively stepping up into the inner-city game. I love these types of developments, there's still a few under-utilized sites along 17th ave - some even lacking retail frontage. Let's see some more midrise!
