I wonder it looks like on the 17th ave side. I agree with @Urb, this 5th street side looks better than the old rendering.

For some reason, Arlington Street are going under the name of TAK Developments for this one. Project is still called The Fifth. The apartment building beside the trailer is being prepared for demolition.

Miles better than previous render. Still kitty corner to the Shell but an improvement for sure. Very strange they are running under a different development flag. My understanding was that the investors from The National were rolling their investment into this property. To my knowledge, Arlington hasn't done any ground up development to date (to completion that is)?
