My understanding is that the Sierra conversion wasn't formally a part of the downtown office conversion program that the city launched, but yes it is a completed conversion. https://www.calgary.ca/development/downtown-incentive.html
I'm ultimately just looking forward to more of these conversions being finished regardless of the details haha.

Really liking how this conversion is shaping up, will be a good boost for small businesses around Stephen Ave and 10th. Hopefully this stays on track to be completed by early 2025.

This is my favourite conversion so far since it's keeping the original building design for the most part.

I know I'm an outlier but the taller Eau Claire building I actually don't think is that bad... but we'll see.
I'm ambivalent about it. Keeping the same look means the form will remain the same, but the function will be an improvement. If they paint it like the renderings show, it might look better in the end, it would be nice to lose the 80's beige that we have so much of.

Looking good! Let’s hope they do a decent job on the street treatment. Those arches could be total knockouts with some nice ped design and business fronts
