Hi Group,

Re the CIBC Data Centre. I Know an Associate Who is Still in the Courier Business as a Biker. He Used to B my Dispatcher When I was at Rainbow Couriers/Dynamex.
Didn't Realize the Bldg had Been Empty for Two Years. Woops. I'll Send an Email to Find Out. When I was in Courier Land, I Knew Where They All Were. If They are at
10/11 S.W. the Old B of M Data Centre it Sounds About Right. I'll Find Out About T D While I am at It. The Data Centres Never had Signs Up for Security Reasons but WE Had to Know Where They Were. I Did Bank Runs as a Back Up Driver Off and On. It Was Interesting.

Hi Group,

The 2nd Tower that Will Go Up Later, Will It B at 12 Ave/2nd St, on the S.E.Corner? Didn't Realize there Were Two Towers Going Up. My Only Guess is that It Would B Worth my While to Drop By the Sales Office and Ask About the Whole Block They Own and Post What Ever Answers I Get. Know That Corner was a Parking Lot for a Long Time. I Will B Interested to See What Style of Bldg Goes Up. Hope Its as High as the 1st One.

Does Qualex Have a Sales Office on the Site? I Know There is to B a 2nd Tower on the Block. Like to Get Some Information on It - If Its Possible. I Don't Get Dt/Beltline All that Often so Its a Goal of Sorts Next Time in the Areas.

Yes, they have a sales office on site, it fronts onto 11th.
