Hi Group,

The Two Brown Bldgs across the Street was originally just the "Christie's Archcaide" a 4 Storey Bldg with the Furniture Portion on the Grd Fl. In 1982 (Fall) The Owner of Christies Got Kidnaped and Was Released Days Later That was Kind of Interesting as I Remember It. When the Property was Sold Years Later 4 Flrs were added to the Origional Bldg, The One on the Left was Blt as close to the Origans of the 1st Bldg. That is why It has NOT the Cement Porthon in the Middle but the One of the Left is Blt with all 8 Flrs.

Tnx,
Operater.

More colours for Park Point. Brown and Yellow added to the mix.

Am I imagining things, or is there no actual yellow in the renderings? Not that I'm against it, we're already getting lots of black and white these days.

There's some yellow on the soffit of the cantilevers in this rendering:

I wasn't aware they were going on the actual facade though.

I like it!

Those are too ugly colours. The dark brown/black frames don't help either.

Hi Group,

I Had a Chance to visit the Sales Office at the Site (11th Ave Side) on Sunday. I did Get the Opportunity to See the Model of the Complex - Two Bldgs. The Sales Person there did confirm to Me that Yes there will B Two Bldgs. I'm not sure of the Height for the 2nd Bldg, Forgot to ask - Woops. From what I saw it doesn't look all that High. I figure about 15 Floors - give or take. The Models of the Units looked Great, Costs - See Your Brinks Truck for a Condo Loan. I will give Qualex Top Marks for Their Quality Bldgs in Calgary just the same.

Tnx,
Operater.

It's well known it's two towers. Skyrise could have saved you a trip. Someone can probably even tell you the exact height of the second tower. It's in the 20s for sure.

Actually, I'm not very impressed with Qualex. Stylistically, the finishes are average. I've also heard about some major deficiencies with their buildings.
