It's a distinctive design. I'm not a huge fan of the design. The finishes have turned out better than expect which is a huge win for a residential tower.
 
For something this tall, it's a bit forgettable design wise, but all in all can't complain too much.

I do wish our condo developers would throw in a couple of curves once in a while. So many generic boxes in this town.

Yeah I was looking at dazzlingdave88's 3rd picture at the top of page 17, thinking the right-hand side from that view would be nicer if it had a mild curve.
Maybe it's just my eyes, but I thought the "yellow" portions looked more like wood in the render. That was one of the things I liked about it, judging from the render.
 
When those rotating floor plate towers were put up in Mississauga, there were at least a couple articles on how the plumbing stacks needed to shift every floor, which was exceedingly annoying, and likely even more so for future maintenance.
