Interesting that the rendering shows yellow underneath but black on the outward facing portions? I would have preferred they go with black or white.

For something this tall, it's a bit forgettable design wise, but all in all can't complain too much.

I do wish our condo developers would throw in a couple of curves once in a while. So many generic boxes in this town.
