This one is almost topped out. It's a big difference the newer tall boys (Portfolio, Park Point, Marriott) are making in central Beltline and 2 out of those 3 projects aren't even complete. The northern central part of the Beltline is going to get a lot busier.

I was at the Site a while back, Saw a Version (Glass) of the 2nd Tower. Not very Big as I saw It, Any Time Line for Its Start - If there is One?

I suspect it'll be quite a while until the second tower goes, they still have a large number of unsold units in the building (based on what is showing as sold out on the website).
