I have to say I don't get Downtown/Beltline much anymore due to Health Issues. These Pictures give Me the Eyes I Need to See what is Happening, In this City, Things Change a Lot and Its Quickly
so it seams.

Pretty typical looking condo building, great density and exactly what the area needs, nothing to get excited about.

Agreed. The more the tower goes up though the better I like the exterior. I'm starting to appreciate the articulation of the façade on the southside.

For some reason I wasn't expecting it to be this tall. In person it appears taller than my pic and you can see there's a few floors more of rebar cage, but likely topping out soon. 3 seems about right
