Cairo is quite active in Alberta. They have a couple of projects in Edmonton also.
Any more planned for Calgary (besides the Chinatown and Chinook projects) that you of?

Those are the only ones I know of. They update their website as soon as they are working on something new.

They seem to have secured the contracts to build a lot of projects however, they were not even in business 30 months ago. We'll see how many projects they can handle at one time. Who knows, they might become another Eaglecrest who came out of nowhere to become one of the most active builders in Calgary.

Girl what?! That’s sick. The parcel is like… too ready. Location mostly sucks but only cause of MacLeod, which is fine because it’s ugly and surrounded by other ugly buildings. But zero demo, Shoppers, Victoria Park Station, tons of restaurants and for some reason like 6 liquor stores in a 10 minute walk 
, and a significant park all right there.

More action on the site. They’ve expanded the construction fencing into the St Mary’s High School sport field (they took out about up to the pitchers mound on the baseball Diamond). Maybe it’s going ahead
