The company listed on the DP is 1801 1st ST GRP, but not sure who is behind that.

Does anyone know who is behind the development of this project? At one time, it was this company.

Interesting. I thought builders had gotten away from pre-cast for various reasons.

Compare 12th Ave five years ago to now, it's such a nicer well-balance road as a result of the cycletracks. Outside of rush hour all you have to do is see that cluster of hotels, restaurants and bars between 2nd and Centre Streets to get an idea of how much more welcoming and comfortable it is (and well used). Macleod could have benefited similarly.

I tend to agree with you guys, a cycle track could make a difference. Today, it's just too wide and too busy. It's not even a nice street to walk along, let alone cross.
