Just to clarify, it's not quite installed. They will pour a portion of the concrete foundation and cast that section into it. It's there waiting.
It will likely happen very soon, developers don't like to pay for cranes that aren't being used.

It’s cool that we have at least two others proposed as well. One in Mission and another in Vic Park at 14th and Centre. Neither quite as tall as Nest, but both I believe are 35 meters (lowest limit for “high-rise”).
I think this lot is much bigger than that - are you thinking of Nomi instead?

Interesting. I thought it went all the way to the field on the west side, and close to the river on the south side.
