This block is going to be very cool. Eventually it will include N3, Central Library, Hilton, and N3 II, along with the St. Louis Hotel building. Quite a diverse range of architectural styles and building heights. It's going to look quite cool for being just one single city block.

Indeed very promising for the whole block...a block that was pretty much the wasteland of Calgary until just recently. I saw glimpse of the inside of the St Louis building and it looks very promising.

Cladding is going up on N3 as we speak.

The aluminum panels are darker than the rendering but interesting enough to make me want to see more.

I like the designs on the panels, it's a little something extra that you don't always see on buildings. At least buildings in Calgary.

A new residential project in Calgary's East Village by Knightsbridge Homes and Metropia is quickly taking shape, thanks in part to the absence of a dedicated parking garage. The first row of decorative cladding installation on N3 has begun as crews work on the eighth floor, the halfway point for the GEC Architecture-designed development.

I saw the panels in person today, and was a bit surprised at how dark they look. They might like different on a bright sunny day however. Overall the building's lookin good.

Two floors of cladding already, that was quick! The like the color combination of silvery metallic, and charcoal, it'll look great once finished.

They already have 4 floors done, and also amazing is that they broke ground almost exactly 7 months ago, and they are at the 12th floor. We need more of these no parking type towers.
