I hope that other people are paying attention to the differences/benefits of cutting parking in this project.
The ward alderwomen Druh Farrell said that there were other developers wanting to do this. I hope we see more of this.

It looked like they're already 2 floors up when i went by yest. You gotta love how fast these projects can rise with no underground parking. They only launched sales last sept.
 
There is 100% definitely an alley between the two.
 
No +15 between them? I suppose they don't really need one if they are that close.
 
There are zero +15s in the east village except for the performance space/bridge that connects the two sides of the NMC.
