To be honest I'm okay with the parking lot being in behind and the grocery store having a main entrance to the parking lot, as long as they have at least some entrances to 16th ave. From what I can tell in the DP, the grocery store will have a main entrance to 16th as well as 4 CRUs facing 16th.....one of them looks to be earmarked for a CO-OP Cannabis store lol.Really excited for all commercial entrances to turn there back on 16th Ave entirely to front an interior parking lot. Glad to see our Main Street policies failing miserably
The best solution would be for the parking to be underground, but given the location I can live with surface parking as long as it doesn't front 16th.
