Sorry to bump this without any new information (other than they've updated the sign on the fencing with the larger proposal), but I'm trying to figure out what "Live-work" spaces will look like. Are there going to be storefronts accessible to the public (i.e. cafe/restaurant/commercial space)? Or closer to a professional office that may or may not be open to the public/customers? Or is it completely up to the owner/renter?

It looks like Park Point on 12th has similar units and they look like a mix between storefronts and professional offices: Park Point
