Sorry to bump this without any new information (other than they've updated the sign on the fencing with the larger proposal), but I'm trying to figure out what "Live-work" spaces will look like. Are there going to be storefronts accessible to the public (i.e. cafe/restaurant/commercial space)? Or closer to a professional office that may or may not be open to the public/customers? Or is it completely up to the owner/renter?

I didn't notice originally but this is also improving the grade issue these lots have (currently handled with that awful blue railing). Looking at the rendering you can kind of see steps up to the existing property grade (blue circle).
