I'm sure the people in the little houses next door aren't stoked to have this behemoth there now. Definitely prime redevelopment opportunity for someone.
I think that's been the story along Mission Road since Mission 34 opened. The houses have steadily fallen into disrepair and have been redeveloped. Once 48 Mission is built, I think there will be less than 10 SFHs left on all of Mission Road.
