Mission Road has a bit of traction with the Co-op land and this if that is the case. I looked at the land assembly on the north side of Mission Road that was available (maybe still is), but it the site kind of sucks. with the slope of the site and the prescriptive DC zoning only allowing ~5 stories, you basically have one side of your building have views of a retaining wall. This might've been one of those instances where the sites might've been more appealing if the zoning allowed for greater height because then you could at least get some views for the units. This site is listed on the Ontario investors page, so we'll see if it gains traction in pre-sales.
