They've made lots of progress on this even since the last update from Tuesday. I couldn't get a pic as I was driving, but it's well above grade, and starting on building up to the next floor.

I know people have their opinions on the pros and cons of allowing wood frame builds up to 6 levels, but I will say this, it's probably opened the door to a lot more development of these kinds of projects.
