Another solid development by Sarina. Hopefully this one goes ahead.
Yeah, centre street is almost a lost cause. If they could somehow allow parking on Centre Street, you could potentially turn it into a corridor like 4th street SW in mission, or Kensington, Inglewood etc.. Having parking on off peak times (like 10th street) might work.

Or, if by some miracle, the Green Line gets built along the surface of Centre Street and the car lanes are reduced from 5 to 2. The neighbourhood is going to fight it, but that would probably turn it into one of the hottest neighbourhoods in the city.
It seems like it, and wish Sarina owned property on other busy streets. I'm happy they're doing these small multi-family developments as opposed to the duplexes other developers are doing.Does Sarina own all of 33rd or something?
