Gallery First & Tenth | 60m | 19s | Truman

So my unit is the top floor corner facing south on one side east on the other. When i purchased it they claimed it was the most desirable unit.
It depends on what your preferences are. The north and west side have better views (mountains and cityscape) but the south and east side tend to be brighter and have less wind when you’re out in the balcony. South will be good as you’ll get the mountains and Beltline skyline.

I paid 621k, two underground parking spots and locker. 850sqft 2 bed 2 bath. Very top floor corner unit with the most desirable facing view. I got the best unit in the whole building luckily or i wouldnt of grabbed it. Rental agreement of $3350 and with rates going down will make it cash flow positive. Honestly even if i did over pay I'm holding it, it'll be paid off in 25 years and will fund my retirement.

It seems on par with all the other pre con downtown high rise prices though no?
This doesn't seem unreasonable at all. I stand corrected. I thought Truman was selling at $850-$1200 psf. Maybe that's their newer high rise stuff.
