They did, but they started construction on Imperia months before Gallery, in part because there was no demolition involved.

No, I contemplated getting into the condo market a year and a bit ago but once rental construction took off I backed off. Unless you're planning to owner occupy (at some point, either now or in retirement) I would never buy a condo as a pure investment.
