Hard to judge half painted buildings. Will it look amazing probably not. Will it look better than The Hat next door yes.

East facade looks just about finished….the black rectangles kinda remind me of a 2D platforming game. Maybe BUMP can paint a little guy jumping around and collecting coins on there

I’m okay with the paint covering the beige/brown, I only wish they had a stuck with white only. The black windows already contrast with the white.
