Hard to judge half painted buildings. Will it look amazing probably not. Will it look better than The Hat next door yes.

Are they actually painting it, or just testing out various paints / schemes? Seems to be taking forever just to have this random patchwork of paint...

Will fully painted with a pattern seen in the pics, one side will have a large painted sign.

East facade looks just about finished….the black rectangles kinda remind me of a 2D platforming game. Maybe BUMP can paint a little guy jumping around and collecting coins on there
