That's the best way to describe it. Plain and kind of suburban looking, but off the main drag, it doesn't bother me at all.It’s very average, but I think it’s a good density filler for the area. I would feel completely different if this was on a main corridor like four street 20th Ave. etc.
Yep. This one is no bell of the ball, that's for sure. The one saving grace is that it's not on a main intersection or corridor, and will be buried once the lots in front are developed. Basically a density boost will little negative effect.Any time anyone complains about the designs going up in Marda Loop they should be shown this.
