Not exactly the bell of the ball, but I do like these small to medium sized projects. Calgary could use more of these around Edmonton Trail, 20th ave, Centre street, etc..

It’s very average, but I think it’s a good density filler for the area. I would feel completely different if this was on a main corridor like four street 20th Ave. etc.

That's the best way to describe it. Plain and kind of suburban looking, but off the main drag, it doesn't bother me at all.

Any time anyone complains about the designs going up in Marda Loop they should be shown this.
Yep. This one is no bell of the ball, that's for sure. The one saving grace is that it's not on a main intersection or corridor, and will be buried once the lots in front are developed. Basically a density boost will little negative effect.
