With it being orange, I would say that's most likely what it is. Good on them for doing that.

Yeah it’s unfortunate they don’t employ their highly advanced LED system more often. Glad to see Brookfield, Telus Sky, and Calgary Tower all lit orange. Hopefully they keep it going for weeks, not just a few days.

Trees in concrete plazas have a tough time growing at the best of times, but at the same time, it doesn't look as if they've had good care.

The trees are doing very well from the looks of it. A couple of misfires, but they can be replaced.

Any idea what that kiosk looking thing in the plaza is for? is it meant to be a sort of news stand or is it just a utility shack?

I thought at one point Crave Cupcakes had a little retail spot there. Am I crazy, or do I remember that correctly?

You are correct. Crave Cupcakes was operating out of there. It was closed temporarily when the pandemic began. No clue if that's now become permanent or if they'll reopen when the world gets back to normal.

I don't think they are returning, all the signage was removed and the interior has been cleaned out
