If only it spouted real water in the concrete wasteland of the Stampede. It would actually be pretty cool if it were an actual fountain with water dripping into a pool.

That would be better but we all know it would be off due to drought restrictions and when not it would be off due to lack of maintenance.

I don't think it needs to compliment it. Makes for a nice contrast IMO. I actually like it and am curious to see in person. Much more interesting than the bronze horses and cowboys plastered everywhere else.

Definitely don't prefer a horse or cowboy sculpture, but something to make this look like it's part of the same development, not just a random thing for the sake of a random thing.

They could have built a scale model of the building and put it out front in a lucite case. That would compliment.

Get someone dressed as Zoolander to stand beside the model and point to the building and say "they made it 3x bigger!" That would be art! lol

We've all been caught in the rain at Stampede, I think it does work with the building, which has a canopy that people will definitely use to hide from the flash Stampede rain storm.
