I didn't realize it created such a great terminus for 10 St SE. It's so great (and so rare) when architects take the surroundings into consideration. It makes a world of difference for the look and feel of the neighbourhood.
This is a larger project than what BMP (the G.C.) is used to building. I don't know whether they have a resource/trades issue or whether the owner has a cash flow problem. Either way, if I am an early home buyer in the project (dates back to 2015), I am not too pleased with the progress. People are going to be moving into South Block, right next door, in the fall. South Block was started at least a year after Avli.
