I've always found the DIC to be a nice building. Only other flatiron I can think of is that 90's one in Kensington.

Yes for some reason I wasn't aware of that one being a flatiron. Why do they all have to be 90's Pomo?! I'd love a classic Flatiron building or at least something not covered in bright stucco and spandrel.
