It would be really funny and amazingly petty if this was actually the reason they stalled the project for 9 years.

Fantastic news that this is back on the radar. This part of Beltline feels like a no-mans land right now. With Lincoln and Beltline Block getting underway in the vicinity as well, these developments ought to really liven up the area and hopefully trigger further development.

I am pretty sure this is just a paperwork exercise for a lapsed DP. Maybe it means Wexford is serious about moving forward, or maybe it is a case of someone messed up, let the iniital approval lapse, and they have simply resubmitted the exact same drawings (hence the photos from 2015) to just have an approved tower tied to the lot for a future sale. We will see.
