Yeah a bit, and while remaining critical of the suburban office development schemes generally, at least Quarry Park is still very much within a major city - your example is one of those ex-urban Severance-style office complexes must be next to impossible to repurpose or lease again!
So today is the day.Triovest (The developer behind Stephen Avenue Quarter) has applied for a land use on the site next to Keynote, which is going to CPC on Thursday. They are asking for 8.0 FAR; 12.0 FAR with bonusing.
On a site like that, 12.0 FAR would put it quite tall. For reference, Stampede Station is applying for 19.5 FAR and has two towers.
