Urban Development and Proposals Discussion

Bit of a slow week it seems but this application just came in for south side of 24 AV NW near Crowchild Tr. Architect is MODA. 61 units. I think it's kind of cool.

Triovest (The developer behind Stephen Avenue Quarter) has applied for a land use on the site next to Keynote, which is going to CPC on Thursday. They are asking for 8.0 FAR; 12.0 FAR with bonusing.

On a site like that, 12.0 FAR would put it quite tall. For reference, Stampede Station is applying for 19.5 FAR and has two towers.

Some work, but with the buildings connected by only a small area, it should be relatively easy to break the buildings up.
Is Imperial completely vacating the premises or will there be a small workforce remaining, and if so, how much space would they need to retain?
 
My only picture from working in the IOL campus back in the day. That tornado did touch down and I believe damaged some buildings sw of Calgary.
