Multi family project in Montgomery, in the NW corner of Bowness Road (Montgomery Way now I think...) And 44th Street. FAAS is the applicant, not sure who the developer is. Will really help with the streetscape, as it will hopefully get rid of the retaining wall.

Little nervous it’s going to be a full building of corrugated like Courtyard 33.

This is a great scale and layout for that location. Bowness Road/Montgomery Way is picking up major steam these days.

Eaglecrest and FAAS do seem to do quite a bit of work together.

I was thinking Eagle Crest as well. They love FAAS. which is a good thing, so far FAAS looks solid. We'll have a better idea once 19+2 is finshed.

I was thinking Eagle Crest too, but didn't want to assume (still might be someone else). Given how much Eagle Crest has on the go right now, I would be amazed if they are adding yet another one.

Now that you can build a 6 story wood frame building I expect we will see dozens more of these types of proposals.

It feels like a stampede of these kinds of builds have surfaced, and I expect many more will follow. I'm guessing the numbers work much better when it's 6 floors of wood frame.

Yeah they are super busy, can they handle this many projects, or are they becoming over-leveraged?
