That would be my guess. There haven't been any developermits or plans submitted for the area.

Doesn’t that site require lots of bank stabilization work? Can’t see any development proposals coming forward until the geotechnical issues are resolved

There was a small slide on that hill somewhere last summer. Think it was further north, but definitely indicative of a stability issue.
Probably would require some type of stabilization.
